Circus on a Wheel

This is fucking sick. I cannot fathom watching two or more dogs fighting to the death for entertainment. And people who do this are sick. So sick. I refuse to believe that people can bet on these fights and cheer dogs on against each other. That they raise dogs to fight and ultimately, raise them to die. Once dogs are trained to fight so viciously, they cannot be rehabilitated and have to be put down if they are not killed first. I really wish that the penalty for the criminals who do this was worse than it is. It is outrageous that these poor animals are conditioned to be killers. What happened to “man’s best friend”? I may just be a dog lover that is obsessed with them, but I just can’t understand it. I’m almost at a loss for words. I feel like I’m repeating myself, and I know I am, but this just hurts my heart to hear that these animals are dying for someone’s sick and twisted pleasure. Did you know that the people who fight these dogs often have a whole range of psychological problems. Some are child molesters or charged with other violent crimes. They crave that control over the weak and thrive off of it because they are so fucking insignificant that they are displeased with themselves so they watch others suffer. That is so fucked up, and I am pissed. I want to do something about it, and everyone should. Again, people are fucking sick.
